We require a safety-conscious Crane Operator who has a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

With a sound understanding of the equipment and confidence in working on various sites, our successful applicant will also have:

A Class 4 licence
Working towards or holding an NZQA in Crane Operation
Excellent communication skills
Great time management skills
Strong health and safety focus

Hiab Operator

At McLeod Cranes and Hiabs, we strive to deliver exceptional Hiab services to customers throughout the Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas.

We are seeking a safety-oriented Hiab Operator with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Our ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Hiab equipment, the ability to work efficiently on various job sites, and possess the following qualities:

Class 5 Driver's License
Excellent communication abilities
Strong time management skills
A steadfast commitment to health and safety

We would also welcome applicants with Class 4 licenses and no background in Hiab operations. See trainee operators below.

Truck Driver

We require a safety-conscious Truck Operator who has a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

With a sound understanding of the equipment and confidence working on various sites, our successful applicant will also have:

A Class 5 licence
Excellent communication skills
Great time management skills
Strong health and safety focus

A Class 2 licence

Crane Chaser

We require a safety-conscious Crane Chaser who has a Class 5 License and a passion to work as a Dogman / Rigger on the ground.

Successful applicants for this role have:

A Class 5 licence
A Dogman / Rigging Ticket or are happy to work towards this qualification.
